What are your hours of operation?

6 am-11pm but we do allow 24/7 access, 365 days a year if needed. For security purposes, the keypad entry system record all entry and exits onto the premises.

The yard is security monitored by a state-of-the-art camera system.

What documentation do you require to store here?

We need government issued photo ID (drivers license or passport as well as license plate number and vehicle registration.

Do you offer long-term contracts?

Yes. Special rates are available for customers wishing to rent on a 12 month basis. Payment for the full term must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.

Is there a deposit required?

No, not at this time.

Can I work on my vehicle while it is stored?

No, only mobile, licensed, insured and qualified repairmen can perform work within the facility. Any work must be cleared by the office first.

What kind of security do you have?

The site is completely secured with fencing, berm and perimeter lighting and video surveillance throughout. Access can only be gained through the main gate which has an alarm system and can be only accessed with our keypad entry system which records all entry and exits onto the premises.

RANGERS SECURITY watches our yard with LIVE VIDEO MONITORING which has access to Activation of On-Site Alarms and Direct Communication with Police.

What should I do if my PIN doesn't work?

Ensure you have entered the correct PIN followed by the (*) key which works as the enter key on the PIN pad. If this does not work to reset PIN pad press the (*) key to clear the PIN pad and wait ten seconds before re-entering your PIN. If this doesn’t solve the issue please contact us from the numbers listed on the sign on the gate.

Winter snow removal?

We will clear the main Laneways of the yard so they are drivable as needed during the winter months for RV units to be cleared you must call 24 to 48 hours ahead.

Rental term and refund policy?

The minimum rental term is Three (3) months . There are NO refunds if you move out before the agreed rental term expires.

How do I access the gates?

Main Gate: enter your PIN followed by the (*) key which works as the enter key on the PIN pad. To exit pull up to the centre of the gate for the sensor to activate.

Rock Garden Gate: This does not have a code and is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Between 8 PM and 8 AM you will need to use the truck access which is to the right further down.

Do you have a sani-dump on site?

No, but for reference there are two locations that are open 24 hours and charge between $10 and $12 to dispose of your waste water.
